What you are doing

You are linking your HEDGERON account to a private Telegram chat through a short-lived one-time connection flow.

Why it matters

Telegram can notify you about take-profits, completed cycles, Shield actions and risk events without receiving exchange credentials or trading commands.

Before you start

Use the Telegram account you control. Confirm the official HEDGERON bot username shown inside Settings before pressing Start.

Step by step

  1. 01Open Settings → Telegram Alerts.
  2. 02Choose Connect Telegram.
  3. 03Open the generated one-time link within its validity window.
  4. 04Press Start in the official bot chat.
  5. 05Return to HEDGERON, choose event preferences and save.
  6. 06Send a test notification and confirm receipt.

What you should see

HEDGERON shows Connected, the selected event policy and recent delivery status. Typical events include TAKE PROFIT FILLED, CYCLE COMPLETED, SHIELD ACTIVATED, PROTECTION RELEASED and RISK / ATTENTION EVENT.

Security check

Telegram never receives your API key or permission to trade. Treat unexpected messages as untrusted until verified in Dashboard.

Common problems

Alerts stopped

Confirm the connection is active, the chat was not blocked and the platform event stream is healthy.

The one-time link expired

Generate a new link from Settings.
