Why it matters

A controlled launch prevents incomplete credentials, insufficient capital or account conflicts from reaching order execution.

Before you start

Complete Step 3 for the current strategy. Step 4 must show the same strategy, market, dedicated account and exact capital.

Step by step

  1. 01Review the current strategy summary.
  2. 02Press Next: run safety check.
  3. 03When all mandatory groups show PASS, confirm the risk acknowledgement if it has not already been saved.
  4. 04Press Start this strategy once and wait for the activation result.
  5. 05If another selected strategy remains, press Next: connect the next strategy. The same connection and review screens repeat automatically.
  6. 06After the final strategy, press Open Client Portal and verify all selected strategy cards.

What you should see

After each successful launch, the page reports how many selected strategies are ready and names the next strategy. After the last launch, it reports that all selected strategies are ready. A strategy can show ACTIVE with no open position while waiting for its entry signal; that is not a fault.

Security check

Never launch in Live until the platform explicitly unlocks the required production release gates.

Common problems

No trade opened

Wait for valid market conditions and check that market data is current.

Subaccount already in use

Use a separate dedicated subaccount for the second bot.

Launch failed

Do not retry blindly; read the preflight error and follow its linked Help article.
