You are creating the login used for membership, exchange connections, bot deployment, Replay and notifications.

Why it matters

Your HEDGERON account controls automation settings but does not take custody of your exchange capital.

Before you start

Open /onboarding on the official HEDGERON domain. Have access to your email and Google Authenticator or another TOTP app.

Step by step

  1. 01Enter your email, create a unique HEDGERON password and confirm it.
  2. 02Open the verification email and press its secure link.
  3. 03Return to the same onboarding screen. Email verification must show Verified.
  4. 04Press Open QR code. In Google Authenticator tap +, choose Scan a QR code and scan it.
  5. 05Enter the current six-digit authenticator code and press Enable 2FA.
  6. 06Save the one-time recovery codes offline and confirm that you saved them.
  7. 07Press Next: choose strategy.

What you should see

Email shows Verified, two-factor authentication shows Enabled and the Next button opens strategy selection. No current-password prompt is required during this first 2FA setup.

Security check

Never use your Bybit password as the HEDGERON password. Support will never ask for either password.

Common problems

The email still says Action required

Open the latest verification link, then refresh onboarding.

The authenticator code is rejected

Use the current code for the HEDGERON entry and ensure the phone time is automatic.

You cannot sign in

Use Create or reset password on the sign-in form. Never send credentials to support.
