Technical failure
If verified platform defects prevent delivery of the paid software service, contact Support promptly with the payment identifier. Eligibility is assessed from the payment and incident record.
Trading results
Losses, missed market opportunities, exchange actions and differences between historical and future results are not membership-payment errors and are not refundable on that basis.
Crypto settlement
Approved refunds are returned through a validated process and may require identity, ownership and network confirmation. Network charges and irreversible third-party settlement constraints may apply.
