HEDGERON Partner Terms

These terms govern participation in the HEDGERON Partner Program. Acceptance is recorded with the partner account and version number.

1. Eligibility and enrollment

Eligible HEDGERON account holders may enroll through the self-service application. Partners must provide accurate identity, contact and payout information and comply with applicable law. Strategic status and custom commercial terms always require separate written approval from the Company.

2. Attribution

The first valid referral touch is attributed for 60 days. Attribution is locked at registration and may be changed only through a documented administrative correction.

3. Revenue share

A newly registered affiliate has a 0% rate until the first confirmed paid referral. The standard recurring revenue-share tiers are then 30% up to $999.99 in active referral MRR, 35% from $1,000, 40% from $2,500 and 50% from $5,000. Commission is calculated from confirmed eligible subscription revenue using the rate recorded for that commission. A separately approved custom rate, if shown in the partner cabinet, supersedes the standard tier. Tier changes do not retroactively reprice settled commissions.

4. Holds, reversals and payouts

Commission remains pending during the applicable hold period and can be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud or duplicate payment. Available balances are settled manually in USDT to the verified wallet shown in the cabinet. Network fees and minimum payout rules may apply.

5. Marketing standards

Partners must not promise guaranteed returns, misstate historical simulations, impersonate HEDGERON, use unlawful traffic sources or make claims inconsistent with approved product materials. Algorithmic derivatives trading involves substantial risk.

6. Confidentiality and data

Partner access may expose limited commercial data. Customer credentials, trading keys and personal information must not be requested, copied or disclosed.

7. Suspension and termination

HEDGERON may place a partner under review, pause attribution or terminate participation for fraud, prohibited promotion, security risk or material breach. Earned eligible commission remains subject to reconciliation.

8. No investment advice

HEDGERON software and partner materials do not constitute investment advice. Historical results do not guarantee future performance.

9. Amendments

A material update is issued as a new version and may require renewed acceptance. The accepted version remains visible in the partner cabinet.
